Our company employs experts with many years of experience in mechanical engineering. Based on the specified project, our employees prepare complex documentation. Order are manufactured and assembled by experienced workers. The design office is equipped with software from the company AUTODESK (AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, VAULT) .
In two production facilities located in Milevsko in South Bohemia, there is over 14,000 m2 of covered area, large range of outdoor storage areas and administrative facilities. Production halls are equipped with heavy portal cranes. A hall with a total crane capacity of 18 t is available for handling with large parts. New modern surface treatment hall and a new sandblasting box have been bulit.
The company has state-of-the-art welding equipment, mainly from Fronius company.
For cutting of metals is used TRUMPF TruLaser 5060 fiber laser metal cutting machine.
For bending, the TRUMPF TruBent 5320 CNC press break is available.
For assembly purposes, Liebherr 120 and AD 16 mobile cranes, Potain F3/29, Potain F3/21, Potain G3/25, 360A, MB 1031, Potain MD550 tower cranes, a Manitou assembly platform and all the necessary tools and scaffolding are available to company's workers.
The company has a Volvo truck and number of smaller trucks and vans for transportation of products and workers.
